Limousine Colors

You don't find a limo attractive only on the basis of its make and its features. Rather there is a lot more to a boulder limousine as compared to its manufacturing. Nowadays people rather vouch for the color of a car rather than its make. Many automobile addicts often wait on their favorite colors rather than settle for something of the same make and model available in the market.

Limousines have for a long time now been associated to the rich and famous only. And for a very long time the only colors that were on the market were black and white. But now the trends are changing and they are changing fast. Nowadays boulder limousines are available in all shapes, sizes and colors. You could either buy a limo in the color of your choice, or you could get it custom made. Factories now paint them in every possible color, as per their customer's wishes.

Nyc

The majority of people who pick limousines as their day to day transportation pick blacks and whites due to practicality. But those from a much exotic crowd would like their cars to be loud. They tend to treasure the value color adds to a car.

Limousine Colors

So far white limousines are still the most favorite of many, since it's a very neutral color that can be used on weddings, proms and on almost every other festive occasion. After white comes the popularity of black limos. Black limos are still pretty popular amongst the elite class. The color black itself portrays sophistication, it shows elegance. Rather black enhances a person's image of power and authority. That is exactly the reason why people from the business world tend to buy black limousines as compared to limos of a much exuberant choice. After black and white come in line grays and silvers. These are yet two very somber colors that people prefer for much subtle occasions. These colors also portray extreme practicality and give the car a very corporate look. But many seem to think of these colors as dull, therefore with the growing female market more of pink boulder limousines can be seen in the market. Pink limos tend to render feminism therefore they are much popular amongst the women of the elite group.

Also included in the popular colors for boulder limousines are blue, red and gold. All the three tend to have royalty little all over it. But the truth of the matter is no matter the color, driving in a limo you're loyalty anyway.

Dancing Shoes

Everyone loves to shake a leg to a tune that can keep them pumping and their energy levels soaring. Some take dancing as the most entertaining forms and others have found it to be their calling. Professionals from around the world have sought it as their most compatible option when it comes to dancing in front of an audience and keeping them in awe. If you ask any dancer what is their secret to flawless dancing, slowly but surely they will reveal that it's all in their footwork. One of the most influential factors in a dance would be how the foot works and at what level it would be comfortable. It is for this reason that certain aspects of the foot need to be considered as the top most option when it comes to the compatibility of the foot. For this reason, it is impeccable that all shoes fit the bill and find the right footwear which can give dancers the best support and grip when they need it the most.

Ballerinas and ballroom dancers have a specified form of footwear that is crafted to give the body perfect support. On the other hand, meringue and salsa footwear are more laid back and less informal. Conversely, B-Boying and Krumping are the absolute informal styles of dancing and require runners or flats to be used. Irrespective of whatever footwear is required, it is recommended that those interested in making their purchase should do so keeping their aspired levels of comfort in mind.

Water Main Service Line Materials, The Basic Information You Need To Know

This is a brief description of the types and properties of typical materials used for water service lines. As plastics are not typically approved in NYC they have been deliberately omitted. Knowing the type and properties of your water line can help determine the condition of the service and whether repairs or a replacement is required.

Lead - Lead water main lines

Nyc

Lead has not been an approved material for water main services in over 60 years. Lead in drinking water does not occur naturally; it does not come from rivers, reservoirs, etc. If lead is present in a house supply system it typically emanates from the main distribution system or house plumbing.

Water Main Service Line Materials, The Basic Information You Need To Know

There are various services that test for lead inexpensively. If a house is serviced by a lead water main it is strongly suggested that before using water the tap be run for 15 to 30 seconds when the water has not been run for 6 hours or so. This precaution will help eliminate the possibility of ingesting lead which could lead to lead poisoning.

There are a few ways to determine if a water main line is lead. Lead is characterized by a silver color, is malleable, and has a round shaped "wipe joint" just before the main control valve (refer to photo and video). Wiped joints had to be used because lead cannot be threaded like a pipe can.

The NYC DEP code does not permit the repair of existing lead water lines. If repair work is needed on a lead water line by law it must be replaced. In addition once an existing lead water line is moved in any manner tiny hairline cracks are made, which will form into a leak typically within 18 months or less.

Galvanized - Galvanized water main lines

Galvanized pipe water lines are primarily found in areas where NYC residents were previously serviced by a private water supply company, such as Jamaica Water (JWP). Galvanized pipe is not legal in NYC as a material for a water supply line.

Galvanized pipe reacts to contact with water or moisture, and corrodes on the outside and inside of the pipe (refer to photo and video). It is similar to a clogged artery in a person - Only instead of a heart attack you get a flood! It is strongly suggested that any existing galvanized water service be replaced immediately with better materials, as when they leak the service typically ruptures.

The NYC DEP code does not permit repairs on existing galvanized water main service lines. In addition repairing an existing galvanized water service would be a repair with little integrity. The same applies for existing lead water service lines.

It is easy to determine if a water service is galvanized as it is the only water service material that is magnetic. Simply place any magnet on the water service, if it sticks the service is galvanized.

Typically when water is turned on in a house with galvanized piping the initial water will be rust colored or contain rust.

Copper - K copper water main lines

K type copper is the material that the vast majority of water servicesare installed with in NYC by a licensed master plumber. In addition most existing water services are K copper. K copper tubing (not pipe) is used for water services up to 2" in size. K copper water services are characterized by flare fittings at the end of the tubing (refer to photo). K copper water services typically have a lifespan in excess of 50 years.

Brass - Brass water main lines

Brass pipe, which is threaded at each end is generally used solely for 2 1/2" water services. Therefore it is a material that is used infrequently, and is expensive compared to other approved materials. Brass is a metal composed primarily of copper and zinc. Copper is the main component, and brass is usually classified as a copper alloy. Brass is stronger and harder than copper, but not as strong or hard as steel.

Brass water services have a life expectancy in excess of 50 years. Brass is not a magnetic material. To test whether a water service is galvanized or brass a magnet can be used, galvanized is magnetic. These materials can appear similar to the naked eye. Both brass and galvanized pipe are threaded pipe, however brass is a legal material in NYC and has a much longer life expectancy.

Ductile Iron Pipe - Ductile Iron water main lines

Ductile Iron pipe is a cement lined pipe used for water services larger than 2" in diameter. Typically used for fire sprinkler services or for large buildings, such as apartment buildings. Ductile Iron pipe is the same material that NYC uses for its distribution system and lasts for many decades. Our of all the materials used, Ductile iron pipe may be the most durable water service material approved for use in NYC.

Ductile iron pipe is put together with either push-on joints or mechanical joint retainer glands with set screws. Ductile Iron Mechanical Joint pipe contains no lead whatsoever (refer to photos). In some specific instances, such as unstable ground conditions, ductile iron pipe is used for house sewer installations.

This brief tutorial is meant to provide basic information to help property owners understand how to evaluate the condition of their water service line and whether repair or replacement work may be needed. In some cases it may explain why water is discolored, or may contain harmful substances such as lead.

Ballroom Dancing - A Brief History

When you think of Ballroom dancing, you generally think of flowing gowns and dark tuxedos. You also think of beautiful, willowy, women and tall, dark, handsome men waltzing their way around the dance floor. However, ballroom dance is not just the Waltz, it is a lot more. From the elegant and stately waltz, a hot, sultry and sexy Tango or Paso Doble, or a good bit of lively fun like the Fox Trot, Jive or Quick Step, ballroom dancing is all of these.

Technically, ballroom dancing is defined as "Any of various, usually social dances in which couples perform set moves". However, the word "ball" (not the child's toy) comes from the Latin "ballare" meaning to dance and forms the base for the word ballroom (a room for dancing), ballet (a dance), and ballerina (a dancer).

Dancing

Ballroom dancing was very popular among the gentry (or upper class) of England, in the late 18th and early 19th centuries and didn't really catch on with the working class until the late 19th and early 20th century.

Ballroom Dancing - A Brief History

It wasn't until the early 1920's that competitive ballroom dancing began gaining popularity. As a result, the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (formerly known as The Imperial Society of Dance Teachers) formed a Ballroom Branch whose function was to standardize the ballroom dances.

Today, modern ballroom dancing revolves around five dances comprising: the Modern Waltz; the Viennese Waltz; the Slow Foxtrot; Tango; and the Quickstep.

Latin American ballroom is short for Latin and American - not a reference to Latin countries and its dances are the Samba; Rumba; Paso Doble; Cha-Cha; and the Jive.

The modern ballroom dances all involve a couple dancing in a closed hold and vary in tempo (beats per minute) and rhythm (structure). A closed hold involves 5 bodily points of contact between the couple. Three of these points involve the hands, the males left hand holding the females right, the females left hand on top of the males right upper arm (for the Tango the females hand would go behind his arm) and the males right hand on the females back resting on her left shoulder blade. The other two points of contact are the females left elbow resting on the males right elbow and the right side of the females chest touching the right side of the males chest. This dance posture provides a very elegant look as the couple floats across the dance floor and has its origins in the European royal courts.

There is some conjecture that the right side-to-right side contact of the closed hold may have originated from a time when men danced while wearing their swords, which were hung on their left sides. Additionally, this theory would also explain the counter clockwise movement around the dance floor as the man would've stood on the inside of the circle so he wouldn't inadvertently hit any of the people watching the dancers with his sword as he danced past.

The dancing posture for Latin American ballroom varies from dance to dance with some dances using the closed hold and others where the partners hold each other with only one hand.

Both Modern Ballroom and Latin American Ballroom has been standardized for teaching purposes and has a set, internationally recognized vocabulary, technique, rhythm and tempo.

Benefits of Pole Dancing

Pole dancing itself is a sport and a skill. It incorporates gymnastic, ballet and modern dance movements around a polished pole. There are endless varieties of tricks that can be performed in a choreographed dance routine. You will be able to learn many of the pole skills through practice. The movements include spins, climbs, static poses and body inverts. The pole dancer may add some floor work and sexy filler moves that complete the dance routine.

There are 3 main styles when it comes to learning the art of pole. These consist of exotic dance, empowerment and pole fitness. People decide to take up pole dance for different reasons. You should try all the different varieties to find out which of the genres you prefer.

Dancing

Exotic dance is what some people will probably think of when they first hear about pole dancing. This is sometimes the sleazy image that comes to mind but this is not necessarily the case. It does make some women feel 'sexy' and they will want to keep some form of exotic dancing involved in their pole dance routine. It has evolved from something performed in a strip related environment but it has developed into a form of art. This type of dancing can be 'beautiful' to watch. Some performances have even been likened to a gliding swan.

Benefits of Pole Dancing

Many women have experienced empowerment though practising the art of pole. It can provide emotional benefits like an increased feeling of self confidence and provide an all over feeling of well being. It can make you feel stronger, taller and confident.

It is now a recognised form of exercise. It is used as an aerobic workout and for both strength and toning. Participants can expect toning from head to toe and an increase in muscle definition all over especially in the arms, thighs and buttocks. For those interested in statistics, a good session can burn up to 400 calories an hour. That's the equivalent of two Mars Bars.

It helps by increasing flexibility, improving your posture and overall fitness, whilst enjoying fun dance moves, and all without wondering what you look like. You certainly need strength, flexibility and the ability to express yourself through dance and fitness to get the most from your dancing. The good news is that you do not need to be extremely fit or flexible when you first start, you can gradually build up your skills, strength and flexibility. It is suitable for any figure, of any age or any fitness level.

The feedback we have received, particularly from those who have never tried it before, is that it is a much more enjoyable way of keeping fit and burning calories than the dreaded treadmill or the exercise bike. It encourages active participation, burns calories but most importantly, it's great fun!

There is evidence to suggest pole dancing and fitness can have an effect on psychological processes as well physical ones. It is known that physical exertion has a positive effect on the sensory areas of the brain, causing it to release endorphins and Serotonin. These are hormones which give you feelings of happiness and some feelings of euphoria. They are also known as the body's own natural painkillers.

So go on why not give Pole Dance a whirl...

Where Did Dancing Come From?

Have you ever wondered why people dance? Lately, with shows such as Dancing With the Stars, dancing has taken on an entirely new meaning. When we look back at the history of dance, not many people can definitively say where or when dance originated or when it actually became a part of the human culture. Ancient history does tell us, however, that dance was an important part of ceremonies, rituals, celebrations and entertainment since before the birth of the earliest human civilizations. According to Wikipedia, archeology delivers traces of dance from prehistoric times such as Egyptian tomb paintings depicting dancing figures from around 3300 BC. One of the earliest dance forms, Wikipedia continues, may have been in the performance and in the telling of myths. It was also sometimes used to show feelings for the opposite sex. There are even some who would venture to believe that the actual "art" of lovemaking is in and of itself a form of dance. Prior to the production of written languages, dance was often used as the primary method for passing stories on from generation to generation.

Nowadays, people tend to dance for a variety of reasons, usually just to have fun. However, there are some people who go to school to learn more about the art form. There are also a variety of different dance styles which still exist. For example, some of these dance forms include: ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, ballroom, Latin, highland dance and Irish dance to name a few. Dancing varies from culture to culture and there are actually professional dance competitions that are held where dancers can compete against each other and show off various styles that they have learned. Not many people stop to think too long or hard about it, but dance is all around us. We see it in television commercials, in toddlers who are first learning to walk, at high school dances, weddings, parties, ballet schools, performances or even in your own kitchen. There are also many added benefits to dancing now, which perhaps weren't considered before. For example, many people today take up dance lessons as a means of socializing and meeting new people.

Dancing

Increasing numbers of people are also joining gym membership classes where there is "dancing aerobics" where you are taught a choreographed dance while incorporating workout moves into the routine for a total body workout- so dancing can be beneficial in a number of ways, including getting you in shape! If you are serious about dancing, there are careers for it, although these careers are typically very competitive. For instance, if you wanted to be a backup dancer in Janet Jackson's entourage, you would have to go through numerous auditions and even then, you still may not get picked. There are other dance-related occupations that people tend to fall into, however. These occupations include some of the following: dance teacher, dance sport coach, dance therapist and choreographer. If you are thinking of becoming a professional dancer, sometimes it's not as easy as you think. It can sometimes be costly, you have to put in many hours of practice and you must also maintain a high level of fitness.

Hip Hop Dancing

Hip hop dancing is an urban ethnic dance form that has gained popularity in recent days. It is more common than the break dance of modern days. Hip hop dancing marked its beginning as part of the hip hop culture in the early 1900's, when the youth in and around Bronx, New York started dancing on the streets.

Hip hop dancing is an ideal way to express one's creativeness. It features self impressions and the dances come from the soul. The dancing represents body movements that go with the beat and rhythm of hip hop music. There is breaking, popping, locking, and free styling in hip hop dances. The jumps, breakages, and rotations in the movements are combined in such a way that the dance style becomes an informal and explosive one.

Dancing

Hip hop dancing is considered a good exercise for those persons who perform these dances. It helps the dancers to improve flexibility, to develop body balance, and to coordinate the muscles. This dance allows the dancers to improve their own style and to remain in good body shape. It also leads the dancers to a state of spiritual wholeness.

Hip Hop Dancing

Hip hop dancing includes many steps and movements that are not present in ballet and ballroom dancing. The jazz, ballet, and other traditional dance forms are technical and require more formal training. There is a term for each and every movement in jazz and ballets. But this is not the case with hip hop dancing and the dancers experience freedom while dancing. The only thing the dancers should have is to become familiar with the dancing technique.

Hip hop dancing can be learned by all those who are interested in dancing. There is no age limitation or restriction for learners and dancers. It is also not necessary that the instructor should be a professional dancer. However, this kind of dance is slightly difficult to learn because of the various body movements.

Funny Stories To Tell Women & Make Them Laugh

I'm about to give you two "funny routines" you can use to make women laugh in ANY situation.
I've used these routines to make literally hundreds of women giggle and laugh like young school girls.

And I mean ALL types of women. From college students, to strippers, to lawyers,
to waitresses and even one famous Australian actress (and no, I'm not revealing who it was, so don't ask).

Nyc

These "funny routines" will make 95% of women laugh. They may, at first, seem 'silly' to you. But I encourage you to go out and try them. You WILL be surprised.

Funny Stories To Tell Women & Make Them Laugh

And you ready to learn my two favorite "funny routines?"

THE "NEW YORK" HANDSHAKE

This is one of my personal favorites :-)

(SIDE NOTE: I've never been to NYC. And I don't know how people from NYC shake hands.
For all I know, new yorkers don't even shake hands, but choose to slap each other instead.
Can someone confirm this for me? Thanks)

YOU: (going to shake her hand)

"Have you ever been to New York?"

HER: "No"

YOU: Ok I have a friend from New York, and she showed me how they shake hands over there.
And it goes something like this ...

(Proceed to teach her a funny or ghetto handshake. It could be one you did with your buddies in High School or one your kid sister taught you. Either way, make it a long and ridiculous hand shake).

HER: "Hahah"

YOU: "Apparently, that's the hand shake you do if you're a gangster. Oooh I knew you were a thug!"

So why do I love this hand shake?

Well, there are several reasons. Firstly, it conveys that I have women in my life (it was a woman who taught me the hand shake). And secondly, it demonstrates that I'm a guy who doesn't take himself TOO seriously.

I'M NOT THAT EASY! BUY ME FLOWERS!

Ok here's another "funny routine" I love.

(SIDE NOTE: This one is not really a "routine" per say, but a fantastic way to respond to ANY
woman who shows even the slightest bit of interest in you. Like touching your arm or complimenting you).

HER: "Hey, I like your jacket"

YOU: "Hey, I'm not that easy okay? You have to buy me expensive jewelry, Prada shoes and roses before I'll sleep with you. I'm not a piece of meat, I have feelings too!"

Try saying the above sentence with a Paris Hilton voice. The more dramatic and diva-like
you sound - the more women are going to LAUGH.

In fact, women will think you are HILARIOUS!

Why? Firstly, because you are pretending to be a high-maintainace woman. And secondly, you're turning the tables and implying that she was the one hitting on YOU.

Pure comedy gold!

Go out there and give these routines a try. They've worked for me many times and I'm sure they'll work for you too :-)

Russian Dancing

Dancing is a well known entertainment among the Russian people. Originally, the dance is an entertainment activity of the commoners. The commoners are the peasants that live in villages outside the fortress. During that time, the feudal aristocrats have nothing to do with the dancing entertainment performance. Several types of Russian dance were devised to bring entertainment to the audience at the royal court. In the 1800 A.D., many theaters start to offer the Russian ballet dancing as part of their show. With the opening of the theatre, the non wealthy people have the opportunity to watch the ballet dance.

The Russian folk dance, also known as Troika is a performance among the community. Troika is a Russian term meaning three horse teams. In the Russian folk dance, the dancers will attempt to imitate the move of a prancing horse while it is pulling a carriage. During the Troika performance, a man will dance along with two women. Sometimes, the trio dance is performed by three girls. In larger performance, several groups of people will dance together with other groups.

Salsa Dancing

The Russian dance, Dancing with Bears, was performed in the year 907 A.D. The dance was performed as a tribute to the victory of Price Oleg over Kiev. At the Gala dinner, sixteen male dancers are dressed in bears. Four real bears that are dressed as dancer also appear at the performance show in the Gala dinner. The bears are captured from the forest to perform at the Gala dinner for Prince Oleg. After the dinner is over, Prince Oleg commanded the people to release the bears into the forest. Later, he brought death sentence on the 16 dancers. Prince Oleg conducted the harsh sentence because he mistaken them as ambassadors from the Severyane tribe. The Severyane tribe had previously owed Prince Oleg for a few hundred marten skins.

Russian Dancing

Petro Preesyadka is another popular Russian dance. Petro Preesyadka is devised by a Christian monk called Nestor. The dance was compiled to pay tribute to the death of Grand Prince of Kiev in 1113. Prince Sviatopolk II Iziaslavich died as a result of a critical disease. After Prince Sviatopolk died, the whole country was turn into turmoil. The residents of Kiev started to loot shops and many people are killed. Petro Preesyadka did not follow the swindlers. Instead, he practiced jumping up every day to release the stress in his legs. One day. Velikiy Kniaz was invited to stop the uproar in the street. While Velikiy is walking on the street, he saw Petro Preesyadka dancing. Later, Petro Preeyadka began to dnace at the Monomakh's Palace during every meal.

The more famous of the Tripp NYC pants seems to be the 'prototypical' black style, with white stitching, although assorted colored versions including blue, white, green and hot pink have been made with just as crazy colors of stitching.

Bondage pants or bondage trousers are trousers with chains, zippers, straps, buckles and rings, giving an expression of a bondage/discipline and sadism/masochism style. They come in a medley of colors and patterns; one of the most common patterns being tartan. They also come in a variance of designs, including long, short, Capri or tight or baggy. The trousers were made wicked by celebs such as the Adam Ant, Sex Pistols and Jordan who would have to originally get them from McClarens/Westwood store SEX. Originally the drainpipe design was against the flares of the time as an anti fashion statement. They were worn with a double sided kilt or a bum flap hanging down the backside. The zipper went from the top of the buttocks right up to the top of the waistband.

What is the Limbo Dance?

Limbo is a traditional dance that actually originated on the island of Trinidad, in the Caribbean. However, it is often associated with the island of Hawaii, where the limbo dance is very popular. The name "limbo" is from the Trinidad English dialect, and comes from the word limber. It is also known as the "under stick dance," particularly in Trinidad and Tobago. Although the dance was not well-known outside the Caribbean until the mid-twentieth century, it actually dates to the early or mid nineteenth century.

Although most people associate the limbo dance with leaning backwards to walk under a horizontal stick, in fact there is much more to the limbo dance. The dance is set to a tropical Caribbean rhythm, and includes many movements seen in other traditional dances originating in the same area of the world. Limbo music has a strong beat and depends largely on percussion instruments. As part of the dance, the dancer then leans backward to dance under the pole in the manner recognizable worldwide as "limbo."

Salsa Dancing

The limbo dance includes a group of dancers. When the dancer dances under the pole and emerges successfully on the other side, the dancer is still in the group. If the dancer touches the pole or falls backwards to the floor, the dancer is "out", and the rest of the dancers continue without them. As the dancers continue, the pole is typically lowered until only one dancer can make it under the stick without touching it or falling. There are many different stances and techniques used by limbo dancers to help them achieve the lowest limbo possible.

What is the Limbo Dance?

The movements of the limbo dance are said to represent the cycle of life. This idea stems from traditional West African beliefs, like many customs found in Trinidad. As the dancers move under the pole and emerge at the other side, their head clearing the pole represents the triumph of life over death. Another belief for the history of the dance's movements maintains that the dance portrays the people of Trinidad being taken down into the hold of a slave ship. Unlike today's limbo dances usually seen in a festive and carefree atmosphere, the limbo dance was also traditionally used as a funeral dance. In this setting, it is related to African dances called legba or legua.

This traditional dance gained widespread popularity in the 1950s and 1960s as knowledge of the dance spread from the islands worldwide. In Jamaica, limbo music was considered trendy in the 1950s, and many songs based on a limbo beat were recorded, including many not intended to be used for limbo dancing.

Occasionally, performances are held in which the limbo stick is on fire. "Fire limbo" performances were very popular in the 1960s, although they have been prohibited in many locations due to safety concerns. In any case, attempting the fire limbo should only be done by professional limbo dancers.

Today, limbo contests are popular for kids' hula dances and other all-ages parties, particularly those with a tropical or Hawaiian theme. They can also be found in games for tourists at tropical resorts, where they serve as an "icebreaker" and the winner typically receives a prize.

What To Wear on a Social Dance Floor

While there is no golden rule regarding what to wear on the social dance floor, the rule of thumb would be to wear something that is comfortable and not cumbersome. Keep in mind that not matter what the season, winter, spring, summer or fall, chances are that you will be quite warm, if not hot while dancing. You need to have freedom of movement without worry!

Ladies:
o Keep in mind that you will be spinning, turning and raising your arms. Clothing that needs constant readjustment will not make for a happy dance. You will feel self conscious and uncomfortable if your dress or top keeps rising up too high or gets "stuck". You also don't want to be worried about "things" falling out.
o In casual settings Capri jeans, shorts or even skorts are a great alternative to the typical blue jeans which can be quite hot and heavy.
o Short sleeves, even sleeveless tops can help you from becoming too overheated.
o Dresses or skirts can very often be a great choice just remember dance "panties" not "granny panties" are a must! Trust me on this one, they WILL be seen! If you are wearing a dress or skirt, footless tights make for a great alternative to panty hose.
o Keep jewelry to a minimum. Bracelets can often break sending beads scattering across the floor. This can be a real danger. Long necklaces can swing around and hit you or your partner and are also at the risk of breaking. Long dangling earrings can get caught during head loops and large rings can catch on clothing or hair.
o Loose fitting belts can be a problem as they tend to slip around.

Salsa Dancing

Men:
o While comfort is the main objective, I wouldn't suggest cut off shorts or cut off tee shirts or tank tops.
o If excessive perspiration is a problem, I would suggest an undershirt, no "silky" shirts and maybe a spare or two.
o If you are going to wear a cowboy hat, you will have to remember to make the adjustments to keep your hat from getting knocked right off of the top of you head!
o A nice pair of Dockers' or slacks and a short sleeved shirt looks real nice with dance shoes.
o Jeans are casual and work great, too. I wouldn't suggest a skirt!

What To Wear on a Social Dance Floor

So remember to be practical and comfortable, take into consideration that if you are dancing a lot, you will get hot. Your clothing is as important as your dance shoes and if you know that you are properly clothed, there is will be no reason to worry about a wardrobe malfunction. When you look and feel good, you are sure to have a great night.

How Do I Know If I Have White Superficial Onychomycosis?

White Superficial Onychomycosis (WSO) is a fungus which grows on the surface of the nail plate, turning the nail plate opaque and milky white in color. Some forms of the WSO infection may result in opaque whitish-yellowish and sometimes brown patches on the nail plate.

1 to 2 % of the population suffers from WSO, with 4% of the Italian population 65 years or older are afflicted with it.

Nyc

Mold WSO usually starts with the infection of a single toenail and is more prevalent in adults who walk barefoot outside.

How Do I Know If I Have White Superficial Onychomycosis?

The Relationship between WSO and HIV

30% of patients with HIV also have been diagnosed with Onychomycosis. WSO is found in the fingernails and the toenails in most affected patients. Often times HIV patients with WSO cannot be treated with topical treatments.

Symptoms

WSO, also known as ringworm of the nails is caused by a species of trichophyton and microsporon. It begins by infecting the edges of the nails. The infection has typically been present for years unbeknownst to the patient.

Patients suffering from WSO will often have opaque, brittle or deformed nails with debris underneath the nail edges, but without pain or itching, which can be associated with other types of nail fungus.

A diagnosis can be made with a simple visit to the doctor. A sample is taken from the infected area, which is sent off to the lab to be tested. If testing proves positive, a treatment regimen will be recommended by your healthcare provider.

WSO is sometimes caused by a metabolic upset, run-down condition or emotional stress, which may cause dystrophy of the nails. This particular fungus grows inside the hard surface of the nail and cannot be penetrated with topical agents.

Treatment Options

The outlook may seem grim if topical treatments don't do the trick; however, there are medications such as Griseofulvin which can be taken orally for six to nine weeks. Another somewhat odd treatment is to file the affected area with broken glass regularly. If this makes you uncomfortable, you can use a regular nail file instead.

Even though they tend to not be as effective, a topical cream may be applied in conjunction with other treatment options. The patient can also correct internal, physical, metabolic and emotional internal factors which may be contributing to WSO.

Treatment must be persistent and often times the nail treatment will be accompanied by treatment of the groin area as well. Treatment may be challenging, but persistence can ultimately win out in the end.

Other drugs used to treat WSO include Terbinafine, Itraconazole and Fluconazole. There are some moderate to serious side effects associated with some of these medications and the recommended dosage should be monitored by a healthcare professional.

Beauty Salon Floor Plans

A beauty salon has become an almost iconic image in Western culture. It is a place where people go for beauty treatments and to purchase beauty products. Women frequent beauty salons to get their hair trimmed and nails polished.

A beauty salon is also a center for community news and confessions. No two beauty salons have the same environment. Each salon tries to have its own distinct identity and ambience. Some cater to a particular section of the society, while others meet the demands of certain ethnic communities.

There are hundreds of attractive possibilities for designing your salon with creative and well-organized working floor plans. To begin with, make a rough sketch of the salon with proper dimensions. The floor layout is drawn using a grid paper or an architectural scale. For a good beauty saloon, the normal space required per stylist is around 125 to 150 square feet. The salon should also contain rooms for facials, massages, skin care, or electrolysis, as well as a men's hairstyling space with small waiting area, and a tint room.

Beauty Salon Floor Plans

Many beauty salons are now remodeled in order to make the interior as well as the floors more attractive. Even though one can undertake the remodeling planning and designing by oneself, it is better to consult an architect or interior designer for professional assistance. An architect's advice will help a lot in the structural redesigning of a beauty salon. Take special care in designing the reception area as it creates the first impression regarding the salon.

Various versions of floor plan software are available for free on the Internet. These can be easily downloaded to create great looking floors for the salon.

Understanding Alpha Women Role Models and Characteristics

In Alpha Relational Dynamics I like to deal with the Alpha female models. Once you know your relationship to the 'Alpha' model of women, those that are of 'lesser' caliber (or any combination of them) you'll know how to handle or work with.

Keep in mind that most dating coaches don't even touch on the topic of female behaviorism..I don't know why because it's half of the puzzle. Maybe because they just didn't understand and put all the emphasis on the man..if he's
failing it 'must' be his fault.

Nyc

With Alpha R.D. we have to look at root female behaviorism so we can see clearly and align the relational elements into their proper place; just like an architect or powerful producer would do.

Understanding Alpha Women Role Models and Characteristics

Ok, so..

A woman (like a man) has three main behavioral characteristics; Natural, Inner and Social. From this is defined all of their behavior (I've just broken it down). Know your relationship to each of these root
'behavioristics' at any level of development and you will be a powerful and effective ladies man.

The N.I.S. Alpha women we can look at as general stereotypes to help 'train' you on differentiating these characteristics.

As I define, there are natural alpha's, inner alpha's and social alpha's. Here I'll just give you an overview so you know what I'm talking about because you know these women; it's just time to really 'see'.

In N.I.S. order, I call these feminine Alpha models; Palmys, Prada's and Prickteases.

The natural alpha role model I now call 'Palmy' (or pure, pastoral). This is named after the Thai singer Palmy who is a perfect example of very strong natural feminine energy or character. She has innocence and purity in her character and it's very easy to see, especially the more cognitive and alpha you become as a man.

The natural alpha woman is the more traditional woman as you know her. She hasn't 'developed' necessarily as much as Prada's and she hasn't been influenced as much as the Prickteases. The Palmy would make a perfect wife because she has not been corrupted over with unnatural/frictional dogma.

There are few purely natural women left in the social matrix. That is why it is so hard to see them. You pretty much have to leave the social matrix itself and go to a more natural and down to earth culture.

Ironically, these women still make up the majority of women around the world, but the Architects wouldn't want you to know that because they would lose money and power.

The Alpha women you are more used to are the Prada's and Prickteases who intimidate the crap out of most men daily.

The Prada's are the long-term girlfriend types (so you think). They're the intelligent, hard-working,
'independent', career woman who knows how to dress really well. You don't think of sex with her when you see her but you love her energy and are still thrown off by the idea of being with her.

They often have an aloof and dismissive attitude towards men because of their acquired independence. The Prada's are the 'Inner' Character Alpha women because they have developed a strong, independent and unique personality and persona. You can think of them as representing NYC.

Examples would include Oprah Winfrey, Condi Rice, newsanchor women, fashion models (for female apparel), Nicole Kidmans, the girl with glasses and pony tail in a NYC cubicle.

The Prickteases are the Social Alpha women. You could say they represent Los Angeles. They generally have bleached blonde hair, fake boobs, tight, sexy clothes and they are
used to being the stimulus like their role models of Playboy girls and porn stars.

They will flash their T&A on the internet, in nightclubs or men's magazines.

They are nearly dependent on the social 'game'. The stereotypical Pricktease (playboy girl) is low in Inner Character compared to Prada's.

And all other women are a general combination usually of lesser than Alpha quality. Now of course each woman is different and unique but that falls under her Inner Character.

A big point here of having cognition of these root 'behavioristics' is so that you can bring women down to earth relationally. When you understand your relationship to any level of her development and can realize that she is still a person like you are, you'll be able to stop making her a 'Pussaliath'.

her Inner and Social character are both causally rooted and 'logical'. It's her natural character that matters so you can just override any level of development she has in relation to you because it's the natural character that matters anyways.

When you're equal to her and not overedifying her characteristics (b/c you understand them now), you'll actually be able to then appreciate her for who she is instead of being blinded by it.

So each woman has a bit of Palmy, Prada and Pricktease in her. They are all different but it's these three alpha female models that will train you to have power.

Because when you know your relationship to the most extreme and desirable 'alpha' model of each of those (ie. a Paris Hilton social alpha), then you'll know your relationship to all other women who represent any level of power too.

There is a lot more training to do in this area so I encourage you to find out more because this is the real fix because instead of being ignorant to their leveraged power (rooted socially), you'll be able to cut through it all and see the true woman while retaining your power and favor.

Belly Dancing

If you thought that belly dancing was simply moving your stomach around in circles, you're wrong. There are also a lot of common misconceptions, which accuse belly dancers of being "strippers" because of the types of movements involve. However, there is a much more extensive history to this style of dance than most people realize. According to Wikipedia, belly dancing is a western name for an Arabic style of dance that developed in the Middle East. It can also, sometimes, be referred to as "Middle Eastern Dance".

Belly dancing is based on one of the oldest social dances in world history. There are two forms of belly dancing:

Salsa Dancing

1) raqs baladi and

Belly Dancing

2) raqs sharqi.

Raqs baladi is a social dance performed by people of all ages and by both sexes during festive occasions such as weddings and other social gatherings. Raqs sharqi is the most popular form of bell dancing in America today and can be performed by both female and male dancers alike. Just like a lot of social dance forms, children learn how to belly dance from an early age by watching their parents and other elders do it. Due to the fact that it incorporates so many different dance styles into its art form, there has been much speculation as to where exactly belly dancing originated from. Perhaps one of the most noticeable things about this dance style is the outfit. The type of outfit that is typically worn by belly dancers is called bedlah, which in Arabic means suit. This outfit was adopted by dancers in Egypt in the 1930s, and its style stems from vaudeville, burlesque and Hollywood rather than the actual Middle Eastern dress. This outfit was largely adopted due to the fact that the most popular venue for belly dancers was and still remains in night clubs.

It is largely an improvisational dance form that focuses on moving the muscles around the hip and pelvic area. The idea of the dance seems to be to isolate this one area while keeping the rest of the body as still as possible. Many of the dance moves that belly dancer incorporates require a lot more flexibility than one would realize at first glance. Americans fascination with belly dancing began around the 1950s and has since spread throughout the United States. People can now attend belly dancing classes and seminars to learn how to move like a belly dancer. You can also go to popular cities like New York or Las Vegas and see professional belly dancers at nightclubs and other venues.

There is still a lot of speculation by some as to the criticism that belly dancing is somewhat sexual in nature and not something that children should be exposed to. Also, usually we see female belly dancers as the primary gender in belly dancing. However, although not as common, male belly dancers can also be found such as in Turkey and other countries. Male belly dancers are not as popular or as commonplace as female belly dancers in the United States.
